HOW YOUR PARTY WORKS
- You will need a minimum of 10 children.
- Duration of party is 2 hours with up to 1 hour party hosting.
- Children will be taken into the party room within 30
minutes of their arrival time. Our party host will
serve your children the food, drinks and cut the
birthday cake, unless otherwise stated.
- You are required to bring your own candles for the
cake, unless a cake is purchased from Club Kids.
- No outside food is to be brought into Club Kids
other than a birthday cake.
- Club Kids will reserve tables for the adults for your
party duration.
- Confirmation of children attending must be 5-7 days
prior to your party. All children confirmed will be
charged at the full rate – no shows after the
minimum 10 will be charged at $15.
- Cancellations 2 weeks prior will forfeit their deposit.
Cancellations within the 2 week period will forfeit
their deposit and pay 50% of the total party cost.
- Bookings are essential. A $100 non-refundable
deposit secures your party date and time.
- Our 2 party rooms are Wonderland and the
Aquarium.
- There are 3 available party sessions a day in each
party room – 10am, 12:30pm & 3pm.
