- You will need a minimum of 10 children.
- Duration of party is 2-2.5 hours with up to 1.5 hours party hosting. Children will be taken into the party room within 30 minutes of their arrival time. Our Party Host will serve your children food and drink and cut the birthday cake.
- Customers are required to provide their own candles for the cake.
- No outside food is to be brought into Club Kids other than a birthday cake.
- Club Kids will reserve tables for the adults for the 2 hour duration.
- Confirmation of children attending must be in 5-7 days prior to your party. All children confirmed will be charged at full rate – no shows after the minimum 10 will be charged at - $15.00
- Cancellations 2 weeks prior will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations within the 2 week period from the date of party will forfeit their deposit and pay 50% of the total party cost.
- Bookings are essential. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit secures your party time and date.
