HOW YOUR PARTY WORKS
  • You will need a minimum of 10 children.
  • Duration of party is 2.5 hours with up to 1.5 hours party hosting in the Party Room of your choice. (Supa Party is 2hours with upto 45 mins in the party room). Children will play a selection of games with every child taking home a prize (Entertainer and Ultimate Entertainer only). Game examples are pass the parcel, musical statues, balloon games, disco divas, tug of war. Your Themed Party Host will serve your children food and drink and cut the birthday cake. Party Host themes include
    Willy Wonka, Army Jungle Man, Hannah Disco Montana, Pirate and Fairy Princess.
  • Club Kids will reserve tables for the adults for the 2.5 hour duration (2 hours for the Supa Party).
  • No food or drink is to be taken out of the party room.
  • Confirmation of children attending must be in 7 days prior to your party. All children confirmed will be charged at full rate – no shows after the minimum will be charged at - $20.00
  • Cancellations 2 weeks prior will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations within the 2 week period from the date of party will forfeit their deposit and pay 50% of the total party cost.
  • Bookings are essential. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit secures your party time and date.
  • Some items are not included in the Toddler and Supa Party.
